President, It’s A Chick Thing

Hi, I’m Angela Armstrong, founder of It’s A Chick Thing. I specialize in collaborating with young professional women just starting out or transitioning in their careers and who may be struggling to find their way through life.

My goal is to empower today’s modern young woman to break through barriers and passionately design and direct her own unique life script on her own terms.

My training with the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching, more than a decade of event planning experience and passion for women’s issues give me the indispensable listening, counseling and collaborative skills to guide you towards your success.

I believe in a nurturing, secure environment--a fun environment in which you can explore, question, grow and, most important, just be yourself. I challenge you to dream Big and create the life you deserve!

My professional affiliations include Susan G. Komen for the Cure, North Jersey, and Ladies Who Launch. I hold a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Caldwell College in New Jersey.
